A good size single room is available for an undergrad, Master's or PhD student, non-smoker for 10-12 months.
This is our family home. The house is big enough for everybody to spread out and have your own space. You will have your own toilet and shower facilities, and your own fridge. It's a calm and friendly place where you can concentrate on your studies.
Golders Green is a safe neighbourhood well connected to Central London (20-25 minutes by tube). We are round the corner from Brent Cross tube (Northern line), 5 minutes walk from Brent Cross shopping centre and a large Tesco's. There are a couple of parks nearby.
We've had students from Middlesex and City universities, UCL, Kings College, London School of Fashion and LSE. These places are all within easy reach.
The rent includes all bills (water, electricity, council tax, Wi-Fi). There is a £20 heating supplement in the cold months (November-March).
