안녕하세요! 더블룸에 들어올 여성 한분을 찾습니다.
- Golders Green station에서 걸어서 5분 (공항으로 가는 버스도 많아요!)
- sainsbury 걸어서 6분
- 한국식품점도 2개나 있어요! (걸어서 5분)
- KFC & starbucks나 카페, 음식점도 많아요!
- 한국 처럼 바닥 히팅 시스템으로 되있어서 겨울엔 따뜻해요!
- 거실이 넓어서 친구들 불러서 밥도 같이 먹기 좋은 집입니다!
방은 사진에 있는 침대, 책상, 서랍장, 의자, inbuilt wardrobe 다 포함이고, 다 6개월만 써서 새것 같이 좋은 상태입니다!
- 자는방에만 카펫트이고 신축집이라 엄청 깨끗합니다!
룸매이트 - 여성 1분만 이랑 share합니다!
- 직장인이라 주중에는 못보고 주말에만 가끔식 봅니다.
- 친절한 분이여서 가끔식 밥도 같이 해요! 근데 조용한걸 원하시면 존중해드립니다!
Rent = 950pounds [excluding bills]
Deposit = 1315.38 pounds
9월까지 rent이고, 집주인 새로운 들어오는 사람이 원하시면 더 extend도 가능하다고 했어요!
- Foxtons랑 계약을 해서 300pound에 check up fee 가 있는데 그건 제가 내겠습니다!
단기는 한달 부터 가능 합니다!

Location: NW11 7NR
- 5 mins walk to Golders Green station
- 7 mins walk to Sainsbury
- Many shops, local grocers, Starbucks, KFC and cafes all in walking distance
- Hampstead Heath extension park is 5 mins walk from the house!
- The area is really homey and safe with many young families and/or young professionals living around the area
Rent: 950/month [excluding bills]
- DEPOSIT = 1315.38 pounds
- Payment happens every month on the 17th.
- The rent ends in September 2019 but the landlord is happy to extend the rent if the new tenant wishes to stay longer
- The room is available now!
- Underfloor heating all around the house so in winter it's very warm!
Room: A double bedroom in a 2 Bed 1 Bath house and large shared living space & kitchen
- Including double bed & mattress, study desk, study chair, wardrobe, inbuilt wardrobe & outside clothing rack
- All furniture inside the room including the mattress is only 6 months old and super clean condition!
- Recently renovated
- Modern architecture
- New carpet
- New paint
- Everything is very clean and in perfect condition
- we have a large living area and so it's a perfect home to invite friends and have a group meal together!
Roommate: A female full-time worker, I hardly see her during the week. She works five days a week from early morning to late at night. But during the weekend, she is happy to grab a drink or make dinner together! (If you wish)

- There is a 300pound change in contract charge from the Agent (Foxtons) which I am happy to take on
- Our landlord is super helpful and polite and young!
