We are looking for a young female student to join our family home. The room comes with a single bed, wooden floor, wardrobe, desk and fridge. The room is on the ground floor with opaque glassed windows (none see through windows).
The house is very clean and tidy, and has a washing machine and tumble dryer.
It is within easy walking distance to the bus stop for the 234,134 or 43 bus.
The house is located in a beautiful quiet street in Muswell Hill, N10 1JJ.
The rent is £ 560 per calendar month. Short term stay no less than 6 months.

wifi, bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, closet, desk, mini refrigerator and new warm bedding.
The size of the room is double room size and it is recommended because it does not have dust due to the floor. (The picture of the room is much better than the picture.)
There are many good things about this house, but my favorite part of it is, uh, clean! There is a kitchen and toilet (hot water is gurgle well, there is no time limit for the shower), there is a washing machine and a dryer in the living room, and above all, the family members are very good. The neighborhood is also safe and good location, 2-3 minutes from the house near the park, 5 minutes away from the library.
The nearest tube station is highgate, east finchely.
4 weeks is 560 pounds, and it is 560 Deposit. I am looking for a guest from May 8th.
