We are looking for female overseas student for short to mid term (3-9 months) let.
Very close to Muswell Hill Broadway where all shops, nice café, restaurant, pub, library and cinema are walking distance.
Area is quiet yet safe environment and quite a few language school nearby. Close to bus stops which takes to Highgate / East Finchley / Bounds Green tube station.
The furnished room has own TV and washing machine / kitchen / dinning room to share with friendly owner family (+ one friendly cat !).
Internet access provided and loft floor has own bath / toilet room.
Rent is 135/week which to be paid one month in advance (=585/month) and one month deposit.
