Large double room available in a top floor penthouse flat in a new privately gated development. The area is very safe and features convenient traffic routes. Within 1 min from bus stops, walking distance to Holloway Road (Piccadilly Line) and Archway (Northern Line) tube stations and 13 mins bus ride from Highbury & Islington Station (Victoria Line & Overground lines).

The room will be available from 1st September 2016 to 18th September 2016
