존2, 런던 내에서 가장 안전한 지역 중 하나로 불리는 햄스테드 근처 벨사이즈 파크 역 더블룸에 장기(6개월 이상) 거주하실 분을 찾습니다!
방을 포함하여 집 전체가 깨끗하고, 창문은 백야드 쪽으로 나 있어서 바깥소음도 없고 조용합니다!

역에서 2분 거리로 아주 가깝고, 역 근처에 watch house, pret, pizzeexpress, franco manca 등의 레스토랑과
nisa local, M&S, Tesco 등의 슈퍼마켓 등이 있어 여러가지로 생활에 편리합니다!

함께 사시게 될 가족분들은 영국인 분들로, landlord(여성분)와 아드님 1분이 같이 사시게 됩니다.
두 분 다 친절하시고 다양한 문화를 접하신 분들이라 한국인이나 문화에도 오픈되어 있지만 영어로 대화할 수 있는 환경이 갖춰져 있습니다.

A nice clean, bright room on lower floor. Room has a bed, fridge, stool, drawers, desk, bedside lamp, mirror, and wardrobe.
The house is in an ideal location, 10 minutes brisk walk to Hampstead Heath and 15 minutes to Primrose Hill.
The house is located 2 minutes walk to Belsize tube station(Northern Line), Buses C11, 1, 24, 46&268.
Travel time into the City is approximately 15 minutes.
Amenities in the area Everyman's cinema, M&S, Tesco, Waitrose, Budgens, Organic fruit&Veg shop.
Numerous restaurants and Eateries, Paul, GBK, PizzaExpress, Gail's, Costa Coffee, Starbucks, Pret and many other places to eat and relax.
10 minutes walk to Hampstead High St. with many designers clothing shops.

I am looking for someone in full-time education or full time woker, who is friendly, adventurous, active (not spending weekends locked into the room),
speaks a little English and with a mature outlook.
Age preferred 25 years or older but will consider younger if mature in outlook.
You must be Respectful, above all Honest and Clean.
You must be prepared to clean up after yourself, in particular after using the bathroom and kitchen.

Minimum Stay: 6 months but can be longer
Notice Required: 1 month
Rent: 1 month in advance pus 1 month deposit
