안녕하세요,
East Finchely역 근처 조용한 주택에서 7월 1일 부터 여성 입주자 한 분을 구합니다.
방은 2층 남향이라 햇빛이 잘 들고, 창밖으로는 정원이 보이는 아늑한 분위기예요.
같이 사는 사람은 총 두 분으로, 여성 하우스메이트 한 분과 친절하고 따뜻하신 집주인 아주머니입니다.
가끔 수다도 떨고 산책도 함께할 만큼 분위기가 편안하고 가족 같아요.
집에는 *작고 귀여운 강아지 두 마리(비숑과 포메라니안)*가 있습니다. 집을 열심히 지키는 애교쟁이들이고, 서로 예쁨받으려는 질투가 있어서 동시에 두 마리에게 관심을 주셔야하는 멀티가 필요할 수 도 있습니다. 강아지 알러지 있으신 분은 참고 부탁드려요.
화장실은 여성 하우스메이트와 공유하며, 세면대가 두 개라 각자 편하게 사용하실 수 있어요.
부엌, 거실, 정원은 공용 공간이며, 날씨 좋은 날에는 정원에서 매트깔고 피크닉도 즐기실 수 있습니다. 바깥 공원에 날씨가 좋아서 사람들이 많을땐 집에서 즐기시면 되어요.
집에는 필요한 살림도구들이 모두 갖춰져 있습니다: 오븐, 냉장고, 식기세척기, 세탁기, TV, 청소기, 조리도구 등
아주머니께서 집을 깔끔하게 유지하는 걸 좋아하시고, 아래 간단한 규칙만 지켜주시면 됩니다:
* 외출 시 정원문과 대문 꼭 잠그기
* 식사 후 깨끗이 정리하기
* 분리수거 정확히 하기
* 안 쓰는 전기, 물 스위치는 꼭 끄기
동네는 안전하고 조용하며, East Finchley역과 Highgate 공원이 가까워 산책하기도 좋아요. 아침엔 온 동네 강아지들과 인사하실 수 있을거에요 :)
역과 버스정류장까지는 도보 10분 거리이며, Camden Town, Old Street, London Eye 방면으로 이동도 편리합니다. 노던라인이 늦게까지 운행해 교통도 안전하고 좋아요.
근처 Muswell Hill에는 영화관, 세인즈버리, M&S, 스타벅스, 카페, 스패니시 레스토랑, 일식집, 알렉산더 공원까지 모두 있고, 대형 테스코도 버스로 이동 가능해 생활 인프라도 좋습니다. 추가사진은 문의주세요.

A lovely room is available in a peaceful residential home near East Finchley Station, and we are looking for a female housemate to join us from July 1th.
The room is located on the second floor and faces south, allowing plenty of natural sunlight. It overlooks a private garden, creating a warm and cosy atmosphere.
You’ll be sharing the house with two others – a female housemate and a friendly, warm-hearted landlady. The atmosphere is calm and homely. We enjoy occasional chats and walks together, and it truly feels like a relaxed family-style living environment.
There are also two small, adorable dogs – a Bichon Frise and a Pomeranian. They’re loyal, affectionate, and love being around people — although they can be a little jealous of each other, so it helps if you’re good at multi-tasking affection! Please note this in case you have any pet allergies.
The bathroom is shared with the female housemate, but it comes with two sinks, so you’ll have one to yourself.
The kitchen, living room, and garden are shared spaces. On sunny days, you're welcome to enjoy a picnic on the garden mat — a great alternative when the local parks are crowded.
The house is fully equipped with everything you need: Oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, hoover, cooking utensils, and more.
The landlady likes to keep the home tidy and kindly asks for a few simple house rules:
* Always lock the front and garden doors when going out
* Clean up after meals
* Recycle properly
* Turn off unused lights and taps
The neighbourhood is safe and quiet, with East Finchley and Highgate parks nearby — perfect for walks. In the mornings, you’ll likely meet all the local dogs out on their strolls :)
The house is about 10 minutes' walk from East Finchley Station and bus stops, with direct transport links to Camden Town, Old Street, and the London Eye. The Northern Line runs late, making it very convenient.
Nearby Muswell Hill offers great amenities — including a cinema, Sainsbury’s, M&S, Starbucks, cafés, Spanish and Japanese restaurants, Alexandra Park, and easy bus access to a large Tesco.
