Downstairs room in 3 bed semi on a very nice residential street close to Raynes Park Station for easy access into Waterloo and Wimbledon (district line) one stop away. Bus stop close by for access to Kingston/Wimbledon/Clapham Park/Tooting Broadway
You will be sharing with two other female professionals who work in Events full time. We are tidy and respectful of each others space.
The house is more like a home than a house and we are looking for a full time professional and someone who wants to take care of their environment and call it home…who likes a quiet and peaceful home to return to after a day at work. There is a large garden to the rear of the property and a parking space on the drive.

레인스파크에 있는 깨끗하고 넓은 집입니다.
저도 가봤는데 사진에 보이는 것보다 방이 훨씬 넓고 셋이서 하우스 셰어하는 곳이기 때문에 공간을 정말 넓게 쓸 수 있어요.
마당도 있고 새 집이라 시설이 다 최신이고 좋습니다.
사이트에는 furnished라고 되어 있는데 unfurnished라서 전 세입자에게 침대를 중고로 사야 할 수도 있습니다.
최소 4개월 계약이고, 25~30세 세입자를 선호한다고 하네요.
레인스파크가 주택가라 분위기도 좋고 살기도 좋습니다. 역에서 가까운 집이에요.
월 930파운드 정도고, 별도로 분기별로 300파운드를 추가로 낸다고 합니다.
