큰 방이 하나 비었습니다!
욕실겸 화장실 4개, 예쁜 정원, 루프탑, 다닝룸, 아주 큰 부엌이 있고
모두 다 외국인 친구들로 한국인들만 있는 곳에 살고 싶지 않은 분들께
아주 적합한 곳입니다.
아주 평화로운 동네고 근처에 마트, 로컬마켓, 지하철역, 버스정류장 등
편의시설 골고루 잘 갖춰져있고
방에 침대, 옷장, 책상 등 기본 가구들 완비되어 있습니다.
부엌에는 이케아 로고가 박혀있는 그릇과 숟가락, 포크, 나이프등은
모두 쉐어하고 있으니 마음껏 사용하시면 되겠습니다.
이 집에 사는 친구들은 왠만하면 기본 6개월~1년이상 살 정도로
아주 만족해하고 있어요.
대부분의 빌(수도세, 카운실텍스, 무제한 인터넷, 클리너비용)은 포함이지만
가스만 플랏메이트들이 같이 부담하고 있어요.
보통은 20파운드, 겨울에는 50파운드 정도로 생각하시면 될꺼같아요.
월세는 주당 180파운드 (=월 780파운드)지만
12월과 1월 두달간은 할인된 가격으로
주당 160파운드 (=월 693파운드)로
안내드리고 있습니다.
두분이서 사용시에 주당 10파운드 추가 됩니다.
