Unfortunately I am leaving this amazing En-suite doubleroom because me and my fiance' are going back to Italy so I am looking for Someone that can join the contract of the House with my 2 flatmates ( 2 lovely and clean professional girls) 

Brand new building - One Big (King)Double Room with private bathroom All furnished, all new in the flat with your own bathroom & excellent transport links and Night Buses - Available From end of May but We can work this out togheter ! 2 mins by walk from Tooting Broadway underground station and all the buses right next to the Flat. 

New building, the flat is on the Second and last floor. Bright & airy large double room with a 3 big wardrobe to rent out only to professional People. Room contains new furniture, new bed, own bathroom, you will be sharing a big living room with big TV screen and two sofa and the kitchen ( my 2 lovely flatmates rarely cook and they love to spend more time out). Monthly rent is ￡850 for 2 People ( for 1 person you can discuss this with my flatmates ..). Plus Bills wich is usually around ￡50/￡60 each person a month all included with super fast wi-fi . Deposit ￡600 each person ( You will do this with the agency so it will be All written and secure) One month rent in advance. All will be done with the Estate agency in tooting broadway so you will have to pass a Credit History check as always when you have a proper contract.
