안녕하세요, 직장인 한/영 커플과 런던에서 가장 살기 좋은 동네 중 하나인 치즈윅에서 함께 사실 하우스 메이트를 구하고 있습니다. 일단 와보시면 알겠지만 정말 조용, 깔끔하고 힙한 동네이고 한국 사람과 한국문화를 엄청 사랑하는 영국인과 함께 살면서 진짜 영국문화를 경험헤 보고싶으신 분들에게 좋은 기회가 될 것 같습니다. 

직장인/학생, 성별 모두 상관 없으나 외국 친구들 (저희 친구들, 직장 동료 등과 함께하는 소셜 이벤트가 일주일에 한번 정도 있을 겁니다) 과 적극적으로 잘 어울릴 수 있으신 분, 애완동물 (아기 토끼 2마리)을 싫어하지 않으시는 분, 최소 6개월 이상 함께 살 수 있으신 분, 찰리의 한국어를 가끔 도와주실 수 있으신 분 이면 좋을 것 같습니다.

Tenant Advert. 

My girlfriend and I will be moving to a new area and I want to live with one more Korean person. We plan to move house in a few weeks and would like to start meeting Koreans who are interested in living with a Korean and English couple.  

I am a 26 year English guy working in central London. A little about me; 

- Happy to help people learn more English / Help with coursework/job and introduce to new English people

- I can speak Korean quite well and want to practice with my new housemate!

- Really like learning languages, football, travelling, reading and pub

My girlfriend is 25 year old Korean girl working at the Discovery Channel in Chiswick. 

- She understands it can be hard to be alone in the UK 

- Speaks Korean, English and learning Japanese she is also happy to help with English 

- Really likes art, animals, music, Korean drama and pub! 

Chiswick area

- Many cool bars, pubs, coffee shops and parks

- Safe, Clean, Young and Green area (it’s very nice!)  

- 1 tube into central London (district line) 

- Buses to other good areas like Wimbledon, New Malden, Richmond and Clapham 

- Affordable places: Tesco, Charity Shops, Quick food places 

House 

- Price: between ￡700 - 900 per month

- Location: Chiswick / Gunnersby / Tunham Green 

- We will have 2 baby rabbits 

- Move date: Early September

Looking for; 

- Someone who wants to learn English, happy to share Korean and wants to have fun in the UK 

- Someone who likes pets, especially rabbits!

- Someone happy to share house and make new friends, make dinner parties together

- People who will live with us for 6+ months minimum
