-Young, quiet, working and studying friendly housemates: one Spanish male and 2 Spanish females.
-3 bedrooms, one kitchen and one toilet.
-Extremely quiet, clean and comfortable flat.

Location details:
-High street in Zone 1.
-Tube stations 7 minutes by foot. Elephant&Castle and Kennington.
-10 minutes to Centre by bus. Many 24h buses connecting every part of the city.
-24h Supermarkets, takeaways, less than 10metres away.
-Very safe area, big police station around the corner.
-Lively area, many shops, parks and green areas.

Rent:
-£750/month.
-All bills included: rent, wi-fi internet, water, electricity, council tax.
-3 weeks deposit in advance (refundable at the end of stay).
-Ideally staying for more than 4 months
