I'm looking for someone to move into our flat from the 11th of April. The location is Mile End Road (E1 4QU), a wonderful place in east London, not far from central London, It's a 3 minutes walk to Stepney Green station, 11 minutes walk to Mile End station and 5 minutes walk to Queen Mary University of London. And there are 24-hour buses outside for easy access to any other places in London.
The room has a double bedroom for single use, fully furnished with a wardrobe, several desks and tables. I'm leaving UK on the 11th of April, so I need to sublease my room and it is feasible for several days ahead.
The rent fee for the room is ￡650 per month. Bills including water, electricity, wifi and council tax. Gas need to share with flatmates ( approx.￡5/month). You will be taking over our part of the tenancy, so there will be a deposit and agency fees (£180) also.
Our house has a tidy environment with 4 fully furnished and spacious bedrooms. A huge kitchen with new cook, washing machine, microwave and whole kitchenware, a good place to cook together.
We also have a shared bathroom, a clean toilet and a living room. The other three flatmates are both professionals - sociable, friendly and just great to live with.
There are several supermarkets around the house within 10 minutes walking distance. 2 minutes walk to a Co-op(open from 6am to 11pm), 7 minutes to a big ASDA with cheap price, and 8 minutes to a Tesco Express and Sainsbury local. So it is a quite convenient choice for living.
Also we have some kitchen and living goods left for you, which can provide a lot of convenience when you move in.
