Hello, I am going back to Hong Kong and looking for a friendly person to take over my room.
싱글룸:
- 싱글 침대, 책상, 의자, 서랍장 4개, 5단 수납장, 히터, 와이파이 등이 있습니다. 객실 밖에는 미니 수납실이 마련되어 있습니다.
- 3명의 유럽인 모두들 되게 친절하고 재미있습니다. 우리 각자는 교대로 매주 공동 지역을 청소할 것입니다.
- 우리는 욕실과 부엌을 사용해요.
- 가격: £425 pm + Bills = £500 pm 쯤
- 디포짓: £425
- 7월 4일부터 입주 가능합니다 (적어도 6개월은요).
About the house:
- Your room includes a single bed, desk, chair, chest of 4 drawers, 5-layer cabinet, heater, wifi, and your own mini storage room
- You will live with 3 friendly and funny European housemates. Each of us will take turns to clean the common area weekly
- Shared kitchen and bathroom
- Price: £425 pm rent + bills = Around £500pm
- Deposit: £425
- Availability: from 4/7 (Min. term 6 months or above)
