올드스트릿역에서 걸어서 5분 걸리는 입주 하실 분 포함 2명만 쉐어하는 플랏입니다.
1존이라서 어디를 가더라도 모두 가깝구요, 쇼디치도 바로 옆 이라 놀러 나가기도 나갔다 들어오기도 매우 편합니다.
고양이 한마리가 같이 살고있고 제가 같이 사는 건 아니구 제 친구대신해서 올리는 거라 미국인 여자분이랑 같이 사시게 될 거에요!
렌트는 한달에 £850 빌 따로구요 디파짓은 £1000입니다.
아래는 친구가 스페어룸에 올린 전문입니다.

Hello!
About the flat: The flat is on the top (4th) floor of the building and there is only one flat on each floor, so it’s a pretty quiet building. The flat is fully furnished but if there is anything you would like to bring we can make room! The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, gas stove, nespresso machine, blender, kettle, microwave, and washing machine. Hardwood floors throughout, Virgin media WiFi 200mbps aka super fast even during the height of lockdown, tv with amazon prime, Netflix, and Disney+, there’s also a printer/scanner you’re free to use. Bills (WiFi, gas, water) aren’t included but usually run no more than £60/month.
I adopted a three legged kitten last year, named Frida, so it would be nice if you liked cats as she loves to play :)
About me: I'm originally from California and graduated from UC Berkeley before moving to London a couple years ago. I'm pretty lowkey and prefer a night in but I'm also down for a night out (pre-COVID of course). I'm looking for a flatmate that is independent, tidy, and friendly. My current flatmate and I have been living together for the last two years and have never had any issues but unfortunately she’s moving back to Austria. Basic respect, open-mindedness, chill vibes, and a taste for sarcasm have made us compatible cohabitants turned friends and someone on a similar wavelength would be ideal.
