Lewisham/Ladywell 골드스미스 근처 단기방 (8월~10월) > 런던 E/EC/SE

Hi all!

I’m subletting my spacious room in a lovely house with two amazing guys from 1st August to 31st October (can be a little flexible with dates). It’s in a great location between Ladywell/Lewisham with easy access to central London by both train and bus, and it’s only a 20 minute walk to New Cross/Goldsmiths! So perfect for anyone who would like to get to know the area before university starts.

The room is light with a nice garden-view, loads of storage space and a comfy bed! The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining area, game machine and our living room has a TV where we enjoy watching movies or shows together. The bathroom has a really nice bathtub and a great shower. We are open-minded and everyone is socially engaged in one way or the other, however we also respect our own space. We are mainly looking for someone over 25 years, but what counts is that the person is reasonable, respectful and social!
