A spacious, warm double sized room in a modern Victorian house, living with two working professionals. The flat is in the heart of Shoreditch, but in a quiet/residential, within a short walking distance to transport links.

The room has a single bed with a spare that rolls out underneath, the bathroom is just down the hallway with a large deep bath, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The house has its own garden, great or star gazing in the evening, with a large umbrella for the Great British weather and a tiny BBQ. Perfect for relaxing on the weekends with a glass of wine.

The flatmates are a married couple who work in Graphic Design and TV Production - both tidy, quiet and considerate.

The house is less than 10 mins walk to the Shoreditch High Street Station-Overground, 15 mins walk to Liverpool Street Station-Central Line, 20-30 mins to Oxford Street by bus, including 24 hour night buses. But being in the middle of Shoreditch, there is very little reason to venture out much further. 

The Flower Market is behind the house, so you can get fresh flowers every Sunday and you surrounded by the best coffee and cake shops in London, or even some tempura prawns and fried calamari, if it tickles your fancy.

The minimum stay is 6 months, but there is no max limit.

Facilities included: Very quiet and safe area, UNLIMITED INTERNET WiFi, Council Tax, TV Licence and Water.

Gas and Electricity are extra, at around £15 - £30 a month in Summer and Winter.
