입주 가능날짜는 9월 10일이고 계약기간은 minimal 1년 이지만 그전에 부득이하게 이사하시거나 귀국하시면 replacement를 찾으면 문제없습니다.

2 lovely rooms available in a well-kept comfortable house near Aldgate East station.  It’s conveniently located between Aldgate East and Whitechapel station and minutes away from Bricklane, Shoreditch and the new Cross Rail.

Room 1 – Large Double Room - ￡700 per month. 

Room 2 – Small Single (double bed included) - ￡500 per month.

Bills not included (~50 pounds a month)

There is a one-off agency fees as the contract is with the property agent.

Deposite is 900 pounds.

Move-in available from 10th of Sept 2018.

 

It’s a great neighbourhood to live in and you’d be sharing the house with up to 4 people maximum. We have 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen with up to 2 Refrigerators and an area to sit, talk and eat with friends. Current flatmates include an English (Tech) professional and a Japanese student from the Creative Industry (UAL Student).

 

The minimum term length of 1 year but you could find a replacement to move out earlier.
