I urgently had to return to my country and i am looking for a tenant to rent. It’s a spacious studio flat with personal kitchen inside the room, it’s fully furnished and with a private bathroom located beside the room.
The only shared area is a separate small storage and laundry room. The washing machine is also a dryer so it’s very convenient.
This is a private flat where we have three gates with pass codes, the main gate for the cars, for your flat and room. The original rent price is almost £700 with bills included. However i am doing a great deal as i had to return to my country i would like to rent this room for £500 without deposit but under upfront payment condition.
