The flight voucher can be used against the cost of a new booking. Alternatively, it may be used to add extras on an existing booking, such as hold luggage, allocated seating, etc.
It cannot be used to purchase car hire or holiday packages. Although your voucher expires in 6 months, you may purchase flights beyond this date subject to availability as the voucher cannot be renewed or extended.
You can only use this by calling our Customer Service Team as we do not have an online option available at this stage. You can contact them between 08:00 hours to 20:00 hours, quoting the flight voucher reference and code word.
You also have the option to gift or sell the voucher on, as there is no name linked to it and it can be used in stages, not all on one booking.
