Beautiful Double Bedroom

Hey, future flatmate,

Due to my current flatmate's moving out, I am looking for someone to take over her double bedroom in our 2Bed-1Bath flat from the beginning of August.

The room is furnished with wooden flooring, a double bed with storage room underneath, a big wardrobe and some space to add your own furniture if you would like to. The flat is on the first floor with very high ceiling, so both bedrooms got bright large windows. The shared space will be the living room with open planed kitchen. There is a glass covered conservatory on the way to bathroom, which I've turned into an indoor green space with lots of plants.

The flat is located minutes from Royal Oak station (Hammersmith and Circle line) and Warwick Avenue Station (Bakerloo line), with good transportation links and bus stops at your door step.

A little about me...
I am 29 year old professional working for an architecture firm in central London, currently working full-time from home. I'm from China and have been living in London for 7 years. I'm friendly, relaxed, clean and respectful of other's privacy. I like to socialise with friends, enjoy a fun conversation over a few glasses of wine, but also like staying at home being a "plant lady" (what I become since this lockdown). I'm looking for a likeminded professional (no couples please, sorry) to share this flat with, who is easygoing and respectfully keeping our home clean too.

Bills are not included. They are usually around £100 per month each, for electricity, water, broadband and council tax.
