Hi, I'm looking for someone to take my spot in this newly renovated 2BD/2BTH apartment as I move out.

The room is a double bedroom with a private bathroom (not attached).

Location
-Perfect location in the center of East London, Shoreditch. Right next to Bricklane & Liverpool Street so perfect for brunch, dinner, and shopping.
-Apartment itself is safe and clean (has locks at the front gate & elevator)

House
-Spacious with newly furnished utilities such as washer/dryer, huge fridge/freezer, and dish washer
-Everywhere is south-facing so great sunlight during the day, no molds

Room
-Comes furnished (bed, bedside table, large closet with enough space for clothes & belongings)
-Bathroom is separate and not shared, so you have your own bathroom with a huge tub

I'm moving to a new area but this house was a great find and hope someone right takes the spot.
House is shared with one female who works in art, and is friendly and quiet, usually in her room.
