Because of the short-term vacancy, I'm looking for a tenant who can rent the nice and compact double room near Manchester City Centre.

5wks~6wks short-term let is ideal to rent, and the date you can let is within '21st July ~ 3th Sep' (about 6wks maximum).
The rent fee is 110pw, and all bills are included in the rent fee (water, electricity, broadband, council tax).

The flat is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe in the room, and there are basic tools and furniture in the living room. Please check photos.
(Some personal items can be taken over with extra payment)

The location is really nice to commute or go to universities near the flat and city centre.
(5mins walk to MMU, 8mins walk to Piccadilly Stn, 10mins walk to Manchester University, 12mins walk to Piccadilly Garden)
