Dear manager of the store,





This is a complain about the service of your company's staff called 'David'.


On the 14th of Febuary, I bought a pair of boots at clarks's store in the hull center.





I was very unpleasant at his attitude. He was so rude.


When I want to purchase the product, he ordered his colleague to get a size and then chatting and laughing with his another colleague without a single glance to the customer when the shoes arrived. Even when he was giving me a change after being paid the price of the product he did not look but leaving the change on the desk and not only continued his chat but also did not say a word. In addition, a bag had a big hole in it, so I asked him for an extra bag, but he seems to be so bothered. He was saying one word 'No'.





2 weeks after on 24th of Febuary, there were some problems on the boots' heel. The heel was damaged that the nail could be seen by naked eyes. So when I had private business nearby I dropped by the store. I explained the condition of the boots to a woman staff. She said the store manager will have a look. And probably the manager might exchange to a new pair since it has been only 2 weeks time. Thus, she told me to bring the shoes and receipt tomorrow, weekends, when the manager is in the store.





Unfortunately, I could not visit on weekends but next Wednesday. There was David. I showed the boots but he was keep saying that the store is not resposible for it. I simply asked whether it could be fixed but again, keep repeating that they are not in charge of the boots with an unpleasant look. His attitude did not get better but worse than I first met him. He still did not had eye contact and still had unpleasant accent to the customer. Ofcourse no 'thanks' or 'bye'.





I am truly disappointed at your staff manner and do wish there should be some discipline on this matter by educating your employee.

대충적었는데 틀린문법이 꽤 많을거에요. 맨 끝 단락에 with an unpleasant look 는 글 쓰면서 대충 상상하면서 추가했는데 빼고 싶으시면 빼셔도 되구요 흠흠흠 그리고 어어 아시아 사람이라서 등한시한다는건 객관적인건가요 아님 주관적인건가요? 만약 혼자 느낀 생각이 아닌 다른 아시아인들도 저렇게 대하시는걸 보셨다면 그런 내용도 추가 될 수 있을거 같네요 ㅋㅋㅋ

jean2	noah1989 님 아~정말 감사합니다~^^ 저는 언제쯤 writing은 둘째치고 회화가 언제 될까여? 오늘 엄마랑 통화할라고 테스코가서 인터네셔널 폰카드(card) 달라고 했는데 우리는 차(car)파는 곳이 아니라고 점원이 대답해서 메모지에 스펠링 적었어요~나름 캐나다로 어학연수까지 갔다왔는데 깝깝하네요^^; 아~!!아시아라서 등한시했다던가 이상한눈빛, 게이같은 말투 이런건 저의 주관적인 시선일꺼 같아여 남편도 느끼긴 했지만,, 암튼 정말 정말 감사합니다~
