안녕하세요,
2019년 가을학기에 프로그램을 시작한 학부생입니다.
브렉시트 결정 이후 국제학생이게 졸업 후 2년 체류비자를 준다는 것에대해 이야기가 계속 나오고 있는데요.
기사마다 말이 달라 헷갈려 질문을 올려봅니다.
좀 최신기사를 보면
The new route will be launched in the summer of 2021, meaning that any eligible student who graduates in the summer of 2021 or after will be able to apply for the route. This includes students who have already started their courses.
작년에 나온 기사를 보면

첫번째 기사 말대로라면
2022년 여름에 졸업하는 저의 경우에는 체류비자 2년을 받을 수 있습니다. 주 영국 대한민국 대사관 또한 이렇게 말하고 있고요.

2020/21 intake 부터 입니다. 기사 말고 .gov.uk 에서 보셔야해요. 현재 학생들도 비자 지원되게 petition 진행했었는데 안됐더라구요

intake 때문에 헷갈리긴 한데 homeoffice에서 pusblish한 기사에 나와있듯 2020/21 입학생을 포함한 21년 이후 졸업 예정인 재학생들 역시 해당 Graduate Route criteria에 포함됩니다.
Graduate Route 비자가 시행되어 신청할 때 Tier 4 비자를 보유 중 이라면 신청 가능하다고 하네요.
