• Award-winning designer Art Anderson has created a calming, joyful garden for people with Parkinson’s and their supporters. The space features three sensory zones, with colour, texture and planting designed as a sanctuary for those navigating the neurological condition.
• Designer and landscape architect Patrick Clarke has created The Children’s Society Garden as an urban sanctuary for teenagers seeking safety, peace and connection – expect reclaimed materials such as recycled steel and glass.
• Celebrated designer Tom Stuart-Smith is the pioneer behind The Tate Garden, with a standout sculpture by a leading British artist as the centrepiece. The garden is inspired by East Asian woodlands, featuring drought-tolerant species and a soothing water feature.
• Another highlight is the traditional Japanese courtyard by Kazuyuki Ishihara and Paul Noritaka Tange, a stunning seasonally inspired garden that celebrates harmony and community spirit.

How long does the RHS Chelsea Flower Show take?  

It’s recommended that you set aside three to five hours to explore the shows stunning floral displays, cutting-edge gardens, the iconic Great Pavillion and the charming marquees.

• Tuesday 19 and Wednesday 20 May (RHS members’ only): 8am to 8pm. 
• Thursday 21 and Friday 22 May: 8am to 8pm. 
• Friday 22 May: 5.30pm to 10pm. 
• Saturday 23 May: 8am to 5.30pm.

Where is the RHS Chelsea Flower Show?  

RHS Chelsea Flower Show takes place at the historic Royal Hospital Chelsea, located on Royal Hospital Road (SW3 4SR), right on the edge of the Thames and directly across the river from Battersea Park and Battersea Power Station. 

How to get there: 

• Underground – The nearest Tube station is Sloane Square (Circle and District lines), which is a 20-minute walk away from the venue.  
• Bus – The following buses stop nearby: 11, 137, 211, 360, 452. 
• Cycle – Hire a Santander Cycles bike and ride to the RHS Chelsea Flower Show. Docking stations can be found nearby on Ormonde Gate, Royal Avenue and Chelsea Bridge.

Is there an age restriction at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show?

RHS Chelsea Flower Show is recommended for anyone aged five and above. While babies in arms are permitted, it is discouraged due to the environment’s unsuitability.

If you haven’t secured a ticket to the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, you can still immerse yourself in the floral festivities with the Chelsea in Bloom festival (19 to 23 May). The vibrant display stretches from Sloane Street through Sloane Square and along King’s Road, Pavillion Road and Duke of York Square.
