Natural Herb Solution UK is a Korean cosmetics company dedicated to introducing high-quality K-Beauty products to the UK market. We specialise in the distribution and retail of Korean beauty products and are currently expanding our business throughout the United Kingdom and Europe. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for passionate, responsible, and motivated individuals who share our vision and are eager to grow with us.

1. Positions
Store Manager: 1 position (6-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension)
Sales Associates: 4 positions (3-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension)

2. Employment Type
Store Manager: Full-time
Sales Associates: Full-time / Part-time

3. Location
Livat Shopping Centre, near Hammersmith Station, London

4. Start Date
1 September 2026 (Flexible and subject to discussion)

5. Salary
Store Manager: £16.00 per hour
Sales Associates: £14.00 per hour

7. Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and sales support
Assist customers with product recommendations and consultations
Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the shop
Support product merchandising and shop organisation

8. Requirements
Fluent in English
Must have the legal right to live and work in the United Kingdom
Basic understanding of customer service
Responsible, reliable, and professional work attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

9. Preferred Qualifications
Ability to speak Korean
Valid driving licence
Previous retail or sales experience
Interest or experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry
