K-People Europe is a recruitment consultancy specialized in Korean speaking jobs with a dedicated Korean recruitment consultant working in London since 2007.
Our client, a reputable international bank, is urgently looking for a Korean speaking General Affairs Assistant.
The person will perform the Bank’s overall maintenance operations and personal assistant function for executive staffs.
[Responsibilities]
(1) Provide assistance on overall general affairs to keep office running smoothly
(2) Maintain annual filing list update and efficient file storage level and layout control
(3) Maintain and stock office supplies and stationeries in good order
(4) Order stationary, office supplies and refreshments upon instruction
(5) Take responsibility for incoming and outgoing post and courier
(6) Perform the reception and switchboard duties
(7) Prepare regulatory and statistical reports for FSS and HQ
(8) Provide secretarial and personal assistant duties to Managing Director
(9) Provide assistance on ad-hoc basis to Line Managers
(10) Sourcing the best possible 3rd party service providers and liaising with them.
[Requirements]
(1) Fluent in English & Korean (must speak excellent English due to frequent communications with non-Korean speakers)
(2) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
(3) Self-starter, able to work using own initiative, and good team player
(4) Excellent MS Excel skill
(5) Flexible & adaptable
[Conditions]
(1) Job location: City of London
(2) Working hours: 9am~5pm (including 1 hour lunch break)
(3) Basic salary: 24~28K
(4) Annual leave: 28 days (including 8 Bank/Public Holidays)
