K-People Europe is a recruitment consultancy specialized in Korean speaking jobs with a dedicated Korean recruitment consultant working in London since 2007.

Our client is looking for Korean speaking Procurement Assistant.

[Purpose of the Job]
(1) Purchase goods, materials and services to ensure that the company operational needs are met, 
Taking into account price, quality and delivery and to ensure continuity of supply
(2) Contract outsourcing, management contract, inspection

[Key Responsibilities]
(1) Purchase goods, materials, components or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets
(2) Contract outsourcing, management contract, inspection
(3) Raising PO’s to suppliers
(4) Contact suppliers to resolve price, quality, delivery or invoice issues
(5) Handling invoices from suppliers through SAP System
(6) Prepare reports and updates as and when required
(7) General admin works in Procurement Department
(8) Communicate with HQ, keep HQ guideline and rule, guide to counter parts.

[Requirements]
(1) Must be fluent in both Korean & English
(2) Able to build and maintain effective and productive relationships with staff, and suppliers
(3) Excellent MS Office skills
(4) Good communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
(5) Analytical, numerically astute with strong demonstrated problem solving abilities
(6) Able to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks and achieve set targets
(7) Able to work well under pressure and handle emergency and stressful situations
(8) Keen attention to detail and accuracy

[Conditions]
(1) Job location: Weybridge, Surrey (free shuttle from/to Weybridge rail station)
(2) Job type: full-time & 12 month contract (subject to be extended)
(2) Hours of work: 37.5 hour per week (some overtime work may be required for emergencies and projects)
(3) Annual basic salary: up to 35K (depending on experience)
(4) Performance based bonus, pension, life assurance, private medical insurance, etc.
(5) Annual leave: 33 (25 holidays + 8 bank holidays)
