KWT Design is a dynamic printing and design studio based in the heart of Covent Garden. We bring creativity to life through high-quality print, bespoke design, and impactful visual campaigns for a diverse range of clients. We're now looking for a talented Social Media & Content Manager to elevate our online presence, grow our digital community, and spotlight the creative work we do.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to shape and lead KWT Design’s social media strategy. You’ll be the voice of our brand across digital platforms, creating compelling content, developing campaigns, and engaging with our growing audience on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and community growth across all major platforms.
Create and manage engaging campaigns that reflect KWT Design’s brand and showcase our print and design work in fresh, creative ways.
Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and content creators to produce high-quality stills and videos tailored to each platform.
Capture and create content onsite at our studio, client projects, and events—producing reels, behind-the-scenes clips, process videos, and more.
Own and manage the social media calendar, ensuring consistent, timely posting while reacting to cultural moments, design trends, and relevant industry news.
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to support promotions, client features, campaigns, and creative collaborations.
Lead community management by engaging with our audience—responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and on-brand manner.
Monitor and analyse platform performance using analytics tools to track growth, engagement, and content performance—reporting insights and optimising accordingly.
Stay up to date with social trends, tools, and emerging platforms to keep our content fresh, relevant, and ahead of the curve.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience managing social media for a creative brand or studio.
Strong eye for design and visual storytelling—especially across Instagram and TikTok.
Confident creating short-form video content and directing shoots or content capture.
Passion for creativity, design, and keeping up with visual trends.
Experience using scheduling tools (e.g. Later, Buffer, Hootsuite) and analytics platforms.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
A proactive, collaborative mindset and love for building community.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
