아모레퍼시픽 UK의 SCM팀에서 함께 일하실 인턴을 채용하고 있습니다.
Order Management Intern으로서 PO 수령부터 영국 및 유럽 국가로의 배송까지 전 과정의 정확성과 효율성을 책임지고 관리하는 역할입니다. 거래처 및 팀원들과 영어로 원활히 소통할 수 있어야 하며, 본사(한국)와의 효과적인 소통을 위해 한국어 능력도 필요합니다. 거래처는 Boots, SPACE NK, Selfridges, John Lewis 등 주요 백화점과 MBS, 그리고 THG, ASOS 등 다양한 이커머스 업체를 포함합니다.
[주요 업무]
Order Management:
• Manage sales order processing, progression, and control order status.
• Report on order status regularly and handle any discrepancies.
• Book orders with customers, calculate loads and implement special instructions.
• Acknowledge receipt of orders promptly and accurately.
• Control back orders and reserve stock for specific accounts.
• Resolve any delivery issues that arise, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Ensure complete accuracy within all purchase orders (PO).
Stock and Inventory Management:
• Support stock control, ensuring accurate tracking of back orders and reserved stock.
• Monitor and control stock levels, ensuring product delivery to retailers.
• Update and maintain accurate stock records in POS/SAP systems.
Logistics Support:
• Collaborate with the Logistics team to manage delivery dates, addresses, and specific delivery notes or
guidelines.
• Track all import shipments and update shipment reports.
• Follow up on local PO status, shipments, and arrival dates.
• Supply Chain Management
• Work closely with HQ in Korea to source product information.
• Create and update SKUs, process orders, allocate products, and manage inventory.
• Focus on improving inventory control operations and processes.
[자격 요건 및 경력]
• 1+ years of related experience in order management or a related field.
• Proficiency in Korean
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
• Understanding of sales order processing, logistics, and supply chain management principles.
근무지: Soho, London
근무시간: 주 4일 혹은 5일 9:00 - 18:00
근무기간: 1년 근무 가능자 선호
근무시작일시: 가능한 빠른 시일내.
