KEY DUTIES
•General Office Administration: Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements for staff.
•Sales Team Support: Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, ensuring smooth coordination and efficient execution of sales activities.
•Exhibition Development & Implementation: Develop and implement exhibitions and events in the UK, Europe, and the Middle East.
•Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns that enhance business growth and brand awareness.
•External Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external clients and their assistants, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
1. 구인(업무) 내용: Operation Administrator 신입/경력 1명
2. 요구되는 영어수준 : Fluent in English and Korean.
3. 위치 : Chessington South
4. 근무요일 및 시간 : 월~금 (09:00~18:00/ 점심시간 1시간)
5. 근무 시작일시 : 협의
6. 급여조건 : £28,000 - £35,000 (경력에 따른 협의)
7. 유급휴가 여부 : 20 days + 8 Bank Holidays
8. 트레이닝/트라이얼 여부와 페이 지급 여부 : 3개월 Probation(100% 페이 지급)

9-1. 보장되는 하루 미니멈 근무시간 : 8시간
