Moida K-Beauty is a joint venture with StyleKorean, one of the world's leading K-beauty platforms, bringing authentic Korean skincare and beauty products directly to UK consumers.
As one of the fastest-growing K-beauty retailers in the UK, Moida currently operates five retail stores across prime locations, including Westfield White City, Leicester Square, Manchester Arndale, Birmingham Bullring, and Battersea Power Station. With further store openings planned across the UK in the second half of 2026 and beyond, Moida continues to grow rapidly. We are looking for a passionate, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives across digital, retail, and brand partnership channels. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the growth of one of the UK's most exciting K-beauty retail brands while working closely with globally recognised Korean beauty brands.

Key Responsibilities
1. Event Planning & Brand Collaborations
Brand Activations & Pop-Ups
-Support the conceptualisation, planning, and execution of pop-up events, product launches, and promotional campaigns in partnership with leading Korean beauty brands.
-Coordinate customer-facing activations that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and in-store sales performance.
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of event activities from planning to delivery.
Store Openings & Retail Marketing
-Support marketing execution for new store openings, including exclusive previews, soft launches, influencer events, and grand opening campaigns.
-Assist in coordinating retail marketing initiatives that drive foot traffic and customer acquisition across store locations.
Collaborate with store and operations teams to ensure consistent and high-quality execution of local marketing activities.
Partnership Development
-Maintain and support relationships with Korean beauty brands and external partners.
-Assist in identifying and executing collaboration opportunities that strengthen Moida’s brand positioning within the UK beauty market.
-Support communication and coordination between brand partners and internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.

2. Influencer Marketing & Content Strategy
Influencer Partnerships
-Build, manage, and scale relationships with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors across the UK beauty community.
-Execute both paid partnerships and gifting campaigns to maximise brand visibility and engagement.
Content Planning
-Lead content strategy across social media channels, ensuring alignment with current K-beauty trends and consumer interests.
-Coordinate content creation for product launches, campaigns, events, and retail initiatives.
Analytics & Reporting
-Track and analyse marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms.
-Provide actionable insights and recommendations to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and business performance.

3. Digital & Performance Marketing
Paid Social Advertising
-Plan, launch, manage, and optimise paid marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and other relevant digital platforms.
-Drive customer acquisition, online sales growth, and in-store traffic through performance-focused marketing initiatives.
-Monitor campaign performance, identify optimisation opportunities, and continuously improve campaign efficiency and return on investment (ROI).
-Manage audience targeting, budget allocation, bidding strategies, and campaign scaling to maximise performance across channels.
-Stay up to date with platform updates, digital marketing trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the beauty and retail landscape.
Email Marketing & CRM
-Own the email marketing strategy across newsletters, promotional campaigns, and automated customer journeys.
-Utilise platforms such as Klaviyo to improve customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value.
E-Commerce Marketing
-Work closely with the e-commerce team to ensure a consistent and engaging customer journey across all touchpoints.
-Analyse campaign and customer data using Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and advertising platforms to identify growth opportunities and optimise performance.
-Support marketing campaigns around product launches, promotions, store openings, and key trading periods.

Requirements
-Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, ideally within beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or e-commerce industries.
-Proven experience planning and executing retail events, pop-ups, brand activations, or store opening campaigns.
-Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo.
-Demonstrated success managing influencer partnerships, including both paid collaborations and gifting campaigns.
-Strong understanding of Google Analytics, customer acquisition, conversion optimisation (CRO), and performance marketing.
-Excellent communication, copywriting, organisational, and project management skills.
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced retail environment.
-Passion for Korean beauty, skincare trends, and the wider beauty industry.
-Must have the legal right to work in the UK with at least one year of valid work authorisation remaining.
