Group IT Manager
Salary: £40,000–£50,000 per annum (depending on experience)
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Group IT Manager to join our growing hospitality group, operating multiple restaurant brands including Sushinoya, Kimchee, and Kineya across London & Cambridge .
About the Role
This is a group-wide position responsible for overseeing and supporting all IT operations across multiple restaurant locations. The successful candidate will ensure that business-critical systems remain reliable, secure, and efficient while providing day-to-day technical support to our restaurants and head office.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and support all IT systems across multiple restaurant locations
* Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot EPOS/till systems and payment terminals
* Oversee network infrastructure, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and CCTV systems
* Provide first-line and second-line IT support to restaurant and office teams
* Manage hardware, software, user accounts, and access permissions
* Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers
* Lead IT setup and implementation for new restaurant openings
* Monitor system performance and recommend technology improvements
* Maintain IT documentation, asset registers, and security procedures
* Ensure business continuity and minimise operational downtime
Requirements
* Proven experience in an IT management, IT support, or systems administration role
* Strong knowledge of EPOS/POS systems, networking, hardware, and software support
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple sites and prioritise workloads effectively
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Experience in hospitality, retail, or multi-site operations is highly desirable
* Full right to work in the UK
