더블룸에 들어오실 분 한분 찾고있어요. 베드룸 3개, 2층짜리 하우스 이고 1층에 더블룸이 곧 나갑니다. 4월 1일 부터 입주 가능해요.
현재 두명이 2층에서 거주. 거실, 키친, 정원, 화장실 쉐어
우드 그린 Wood Green 역에서 도보로 5분이구 주변에 Morrisons, Sainsbury, Lidl, 쇼핑몰, 과일 마켓등이 있어요.
교통이 편리하고 버스정류장도 가까워요.
월 553파운드 이고 카운슬 텍스랑 빌 미포함한 가격입니다.
디포짓도 역시 553파운드이고 집주인이 집에 무언가 고장나거나 하면 신속히 처리를 잘 해줍니다.
미니멈 6개월 스테이이고 현재 거주자 두명 모두 풀타임 아티스트 입니다.
조용하고 깨끗한, 아늑한 집을 원하시는 분 환영합니다. :)

Very nice and quiet area. Close to shopping centre,
cinemas, great fruit and vegetable market.
The current tenants in the house are two full-time artists looking for someone to occupy the third room in the house. We don't party too much but we are definitely very friendly people.
Warm and bright room. The landlady is great and responds very quickly to any problems that occur.
There is a shared livingroom, a shared kitchen, and a small garden which is great in the summer.
Perfect house for someone who enjoys living in a quite and clean place.
