We prefer calm, quiet person and very clean without any adictions.
Female or Male ( we don't mind)
No smoking person.
Cat living with us so if you're a cat lover so this is a bonus!
No parties allowed or inviting people to our flat please.
Shared kitchen, bathroom and wc.
In the building is elevator.
If you want to stay longer is £670 per month (including the bills) or if you're interested to stay short period is £45 per day (also this is included with all bills).
WIFI at home available. 
Area is close to Richmond Park, Thames River, Chelsea and close to the City.
Im living here with my son (he is 22 years old) but we both calm, quiet, busy and clean people.  We looking for same quiet 3rd person.
